"Been trying to get my life insurance policy cashed out because I'm really hard on money for more than a month and a half now. This guy's Jonathan has lied to me two times now and I filled out the form that they want me to fill out to send in to release the funds twice now. Twice now he's told me he's done it and he's not done it and I really need this money. This is BS"

He has the knowledge of all the insurance questions regarding auto and home. "Legacy policyholders. Whole family has been with them for decades. New guy shows up, rates skyrocket. Zero loyalty to long-term customers, so zero loyalty in return. Also, forgetful and slow customer service. Called the office one day and spoke with someone who didn't even turn his radio off while he talked to me. Recommended I shop around for better rates. Can't wait to change."
